3. Enquiries and referrals

Submitting a form does not create a care agreement or guarantee placement. Services begin only after an assessment is completed and a written service agreement is signed by both parties.

4. Service agreements

Each client receives a written agreement setting out the scope of support, schedule, fees or funding source, review dates and termination notice periods. That agreement takes precedence over any statement on this site.

5. Fees and funding

Fees vary by program, hours and funding source. Rates quoted verbally or on this site are indicative only and are confirmed in the service agreement.

6. Cancellation

Scheduled in-home visits cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full. Residential placements require the notice period stated in the applicable agreement.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false referral information, or use content for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Intellectual property

All text, imagery, branding and layout on this site are owned by or licensed to Bhum Health Services and may not be reproduced without consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content.

10. Governing law and changes
