We began with a single group home in Thorold. Today we support youth, adults and seniors across the Niagara region through residential, in-home and community programs.
We provide care that meets clinical standards without losing warmth. Our staff are trained in trauma-informed practice, de-escalation, first aid and cultural humility — and they stay long enough for the people we serve to trust them.
We work in partnership with children's aid societies, school boards, hospital social workers, families and self-directed funding holders.
People choose how they are supported. We adapt to them, never the reverse.
Same faces, same routines, same standards — every shift, every week.
Clear documentation and proactive communication with every partner agency.
A team that reflects the cultures, languages and identities of our clients.
Behaviour is communication. We respond with regulation, not punishment.
Schools, clinics, employers and neighbours are part of every care plan.
