We accept referrals from children's aid societies, school boards, hospital social workers, community agencies, families and individuals holding self-directed funding.

Where a bed is available, an assessment is completed within 48 hours and placement can usually begin within three to five business days. Emergency overnight respite is often available same day.

Residential programs support youth aged 12 to 17. In-home personal care, support coordination and community-based supports are available to adults and seniors of any age.

Funding may come through a referring agency, regional programs, individual budgets or private pay. Our coordinator will explain eligible expenses in plain language before you commit.

Yes. Under community-based supports, family members already providing care may be compensated, or you may hire a worker you trust. We handle the scheduling and documentation.

Residential homes are staffed 24/7 with awake overnight coverage. Standard ratios are 1:3, with 1:1 support available where the care plan requires it.

Monthly phone contact, quarterly face-to-face reviews and annual home visits are standard, plus immediate notification of any significant incident.

All staff complete vulnerable sector police checks, reference verification, first aid and CPR, crisis prevention training and trauma-informed practice modules.
